Monday brings his wealth of his experience to bear emerging businesses (MSMEs) through business development services, mentoring as well as addressing public sector challenges. He is also a strategy and communications professional with robust multi-sector experience and in-depth knowledge of corporate and marketing communications. His work experience span across arts, culture and features writing as a journalist, public affairs management, content development and marketing, communications and brand management, banking and Fast Moving Consumer Goods sectors of the economy. He has worked as a research consultant on Retail markets in Nigeria for the UK Trade and Investment Department of the British High Commission in Nigeria.

An outstanding Sociology & Anthropology graduate of the University of Nigeria started his career as a broadcaster with the Bauchi Radio Corporation before moving to Lagos to work as an investment analyst with Niger mart. Having garnered cognate banking and telecoms work experience, he brings that to bear as a management consultant with a flair for training and market research, been engaged in several social surveys and environmental management research dwelling on sustainability.

With a background in human resources, research, journalism and public relations, Monday is member of some professional bodies which includes:

The International Sociological Association, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). He has worked with several media houses including the defunct New Age and Post Express Newspapers, National Mirror, Leadership and Business Day newspapers.
