She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University London, United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK and also an associate member of Chartered Institute of personnel Management Nigeria. (CIPM). She is also a Certified IFC-LPI Trainer and successfully developed quality training materials for variety products and services supporting small and medium enterprises for over 6 years
She is experienced in delivering wide range of soft skills, Human Resources and Customer services management training courses. She had worked as independent consultant providing professional advice on training and event planning. With over 15 years working experience, she has gained wealth of skills and knowledge from working in various capacities across sectors
She is also experienced in human capital development, empowerment initiatives in the areas of entrepreneurship, skills and career development. She had worked as independent consultant providing professional services on MSME business development, Human resource management and Capacity development. She has successfully designed and delivered training for a various organizations in the public and private sectors.
